A few weeks ago, I found something interesting on the city’s website — namely transcripts of city council sessions. One would think that these would be far from interesting, but to my surprise, some of the sessions were hilarious. Here is a collection of gems from the transcripts that I was able to find:
President Joseph, Charles, P. O. Box 524373, Houston, Texas 77052-4373 (832-453-6376) appeared and stated that he was requesting more time and that he was the official U. S. President of the U. S.; and continued expressing his personal opinions until his time expired.
Mr. Dennis Leibham, 1617 Fannin, Houston, Texas 77002 (713-751-0067) appeared and stated that he was asking “Bush” be dropped from Intercontinental Airport’s name; that Texas
was out of step with the rest of the country; and continued expressing his personal opinions until his time expired.
Council Member Berry stated that Mr. Leibham planted a seed and fertilized it; and upon questions, Mr. Leibham stated that he understood the airport was named for the first President
Bush but he was no one to be proud of either; and Council Member Berry stated that he was sorry he was not proud, but felt most Houstonians were.
President Joseph Charles, P. O. Box 524373, Houston, Texas 77052-4373 (832-453-6376) appeared and stated that the Global Mafia was attacking him, that he was a crime victim; and continuing expressing his personal opinions until his time expired.
President Joseph Charles, P. O. Box 524373, Houston, Texas 77052-4373 (832-453-6376) appeared and stated that he wanted his emergency protection which was provided by Council Member Quan; and continued expressing his personal opinions until his time expired.
Ms. Brenda L. Routt, 8201 W. Bellfort #1220, Houston, Texas 77071 (832-367-2742) appeared and stated that she had a serious problem of microwave chip implants put in her body by a religious organization; and continued to express her personal opinions until her time expired.
Ms. Justina Chen, 2626 Folage Green, Houston, Texas 77339 (281-358-6468) appeared and stated that HPD took an officer to court for accepting a bribe and she uncovered over $50,000 in questionable payments to the Mayor’s Office and was harassed and poisoned; and continued to express her personal opinions until her time expired.

“a serious problem of microwave chip implants put in her body by a religious organization”
Wow, now that’s a serious issue right there. I wonder who is the religious mastermind behind it.
